TICKETS FOR THE PROM: 

ON SALE 3/30 through 4/27

Tickets are on sale from 3/30/26 through 4/27/26; tickets will NOT be available for purchase after this date. Have questions about the prom? TICKETS WILL CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT ON 4/27/26

TABLE RESERVATION FORM:

OPEN 4/6 (7:30am) through 4/27 (9:00pm)

You will need a POINT person for your group. Only ONE person should sign up for your group. That person will be in charge of signing up your group to sit together at a table. Your point person for your group will need to have:

• Everyone’s first and last name (spelled correctly)
• Everyone’s FREMD ID# - If your guest is NOT a Fremd student, put “guest” in the ID space on the form
• Any dietary restrictions for each person (Gluten, Vegetarian, Dairy or Nut Allergies)
• Meal choice for each person (Chicken & Beef OR Vegetarian)

 

• Even if you are going solo or with a friend/date as a pair, you MUST fill out the Table Form to ensure seats at a table.
• Groups can be up to 12 people (12 is the MAX allowed in a group). If you do not have a full 12 people in your group, NOTE that others will be seated with you at your table. 
• You will not be selecting WHAT table and WHERE it is located, just WHO is sitting at the table.

TABLE FORM WILL CLOSE AT 9:00pm MONDAY 4/27/26! No changes will be made to tables after this point.
